    New research by Savills shows the cost of upsizing can be up to £295,000 outside of central London, once stamp duty and moving costs are included. Perfect for second steppers looking for a cost effective way to move up the property ladder, the next phase of four and five bedroom houses at Woodlands View are launching on Saturday 11th March, available with Help to Buy.

    With a wide range of home hunters stepping on to or up the property ladder, the Help to Buy scheme allows purchasers to buy with as little as a 5% deposit. The Government will provide an equity loan of up to 20% of the property’s value, which is interest free for the first five years. With prices starting at £465,000, for a 4 bedroom house, a deposit of £23,250 would be required.
