Hitachi Personal Finance commissioned a recent study of 2,000 UK adults, that revealed Brits most wanted household items and which they associate with being most successful. Amongst those desired features that were seen to represent success, was a double garage, walk-in wardrobe and log-burner. As Spring approaches, Millwood Designer Homes is helping homebuyers turn dreams into reality at Hops End in Puttenham, with a selection homes offering some of these features, as well as a stunning views over Surrey’s last remaining hops field.

In the sought-after village of Puttenham, Hops End comprises an exclusive range of three, four and five-bedroom homes, close to the commuter town of Guildford. Offering a beautiful setting this spring-time, the properties are surrounded by farmland and a field of hops, lending inspiration to the name. The homes all feature a log burning stove, which made it to the list of status symbols that people aspire to own, as well as some homes offering walk-in dressing rooms and integrated double garages.

All homes at Hops End provide a high-quality specification, including individually designed kitchens with Siemens integrated appliances, such as an electric oven, combi microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. Meanwhile the bathrooms are fitted with contemporary white sanitary ware and polished chrome fittings, as standard throughout.

The log burner is a special touch that we like to add as standard, setting these homes apart. As we enter into spring and the hops start to grow in Puttenham, residents at Hops Ends will be nestled within one of Surrey’s most desirable locations. We are confident the homes at Hops End tick a lot of boxes for buyers in search of their own dream home!”
