    Tony and Janet recently moved into a three-bedroom property at Bakers Field, our coastal development in Cliffsend, Kent. They explain: “We first started looking last October, when this house was just a building site – there was mud, and planks of wood everywhere. The sales girls told us it will change once it gets plastered, the scaffoldings come down and the paint goes on, and when the kitchen gets fitted it will come to life. We’re so impressed with the house; we absolutely love it and it’s better than anywhere we could have imagined.”

    “We would really recommend Bakers Field, and Millwood in general. We’ve actually tried to get Tony’s mum to buy a three-bedroom home here, but unfortunately, they’re all sold out now.”

    At Heatherlands in East Sussex, Timothy and Katarzyna bought their first home in November. Katarzyna comments: “We saw that Millwood were opening a new show home in Crowborough so we initially went to visit there. We were really impressed with the show home, but we were keen on staying local to Heathfield, so a member of the sales team suggested we visit Heatherlands.
