Millwood Designer Homes is excited to get involved in this year’s New Homes Week, which is run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

Beginning on the 13th May, New Homes Week is endorsed across social media channels and within the media promoting all the benefits of buying a new build home and showcasing properties available across the country, giving buyers an excellent opportunity to learn how and why they should buy a new home.

New Homes Week strives to highlight the benefits of purchasing new build and showcases the range of new build properties available. Ranging in designs and styles, the new build homes provide buyers with the perfect blank canvas for personalising their house, to make it their home. New build homes are designed with contemporary features and a modern lifestyle in mind, meaning there is no need to worry yourself with renovating to update your home; it is simply already there for you to enjoy.

New homes come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with a range of prices to suit all potential homeowners and their lifestyles, meaning there is something for everyone. In the process of building new homes, we assess the location to make sure they are close to local amenities, schools and leisure facilities, all of which are important factors when purchasing a new home.

They can also prove to be cost-effective compared to second-hand properties, as our homes come with highly efficient gas-fired central heating systems, double-glazing and energy efficient appliances which will save buyers money, saying goodbye to drafty windows and faulty boilers!

At Millwood, we always go above and beyond to ensure our homes uphold the highest of standards. Each and every home offers a unique exterior design and style, however they all share an unrivalled internal specification. As a company that continues to adapt, we ensure that our specification develops as we do, in order to meet the changing needs of modern buyers. We also offer Help to Buy on a selection of our homes, perfect for first time buyers and second-steppers purchasing a new build home.
