John Elliott, Managing Director at Millwood Designer Homes comments: “It is a great privilege to win two prestigious Evening Standard New Homes awards for Lavender Fields and Windsor Meadow. We are passionate about creating beautiful new homes for people and families that will improve their quality of life and it is a great achievement that this has been recognised by Evening Standard readers and industry experts. We are absolutely delighted that our efforts have been recognised on two of our fantastic schemes, which we are incredibly proud of.”

Award-winning Millwood Designer Homes builds a broad range of individually designed homes from contemporary styled apartments to more traditional two and three storey homes and has established a strong reputation throughout the South East for creating luxurious new homes that sit very comfortably in their surroundings, complimenting and enhancing the area.

Lavender Fields, which won Best Large Development under 100 homes, is an outstanding development and truly unique new community in Isfield, East Sussex. Designed to preserve the heritage of the village, the development features a variety of bespoke architectural styles to represent the evolution of local residential dwellings in the area. The use of reclaimed and high-quality local materials such as stock brick, timber weatherboarding, natural stone and plain clay tiles, seamlessly blends the hamlet into the village. Having proven extremely popular with local buyers and those re-locating out of London, only a couple of homes remain.  Prices currently start from £1,295,000.

Located amongst the Kent countryside in Marden, Windsor Meadow offers a selection of 86 homes, comprising two to five-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. The award-winning show home, The Lenham, is an impressive four-bedroom detached home, perfect for modern-day family living. Prices currently start from £330,000, with Help to Buy available.
